BAF is a non-profit, educational, public-oriented outreach organization. Foundation’s promotes an Understanding and appreciation of Baltimore’s built environment through walking tours, Lectures, pubic programs and an architecture in the schools program.
Urban Land Institute, Revitalization + Reuse Product Council, member, 2019-2023
Evolving demographics, regulatory constraints and market forces are driving changes in land use. In light of those factors, redevelopment and reuse are emerging disciplines which hold much promise in creating new real estate value, producing jobs, promoting resource-efficient development and creating resilient communities.
Homeland Association, Architectural Committee Member, 2023-Present
Homeland was built by the Roland Park Company and is an Olmsted designed neighborhood in Baltimore. It features 957 homes and is in a historic district. The Architectural Committee reviews all homeowner applications for modifications and makes recommendations to the Homeland Board.
AIA Baltimore Lecture Series, Committee Member 2005-2007 & Chair, 2008-2018
Responsible for overseeing the committee, event promotion, speaker selection, fundraising, and all other aspects of the multi-event series. Forged relationships with other local organizations such as D:Center Baltimore, MD ASLA, NDC, BAF and AFH to expand our reach and create a citywide dialogue on design.

The 2010 & 2011 events were held at the Harmon Center in Washington, DC with an attendance of 800+ people. Organized the selection of speakers, design and execution of program concept, coordinated and managed all volunteers and speakers the day of the event.
